Vocational training in Germany

It is a modern comprehensive vocational training system for the following departments: Nursing, Elderly Care and Child Care
The trainee obtains a work contract between three parties, the employer, the school and the student
During the three years, the trainee will receive an incremental salary:
1️⃣ First year: 1000-1250€ 🇩🇪💶
2 ️⃣ Second year: 1100-1300 euros 🇩🇪💶
3 ️⃣ Third year: 1250-1500 euros 🇩🇪💶

After graduation, the trainee has the right to continue in the workplace and receive a minimum salary of 3000-4000€ per month 🇩🇪💶
And with the increase in experience, the salary reaches 7,000 💶🇩🇪 euros per month
The salary depends on the state of the Ospeldung and the place of work.


📌 The training is a theoretical section, which is the part for which the school is responsible for the Ospeldung, and the other section, which is the practical side, which is related to its work body, whether it is a hospital or a nursing home, which is what is called, or the private health care system, which is what is called “Ambulanten” „Stationäre „
For the first two years in the Ospeldung, you will be taught and qualified theoretically and practically for all aspects of the aforementioned health care, and in the third year you will have the right to choose the desired specialization, whether nursing, elderly care or childcare.

📌 The Ospeldong consists of at least 2,500 working hours, of which 1,300 hours are trained elsewhere, whether in a hospital or a nursing home, in order to be acquainted with all the practical aspects of the areas of the Ospeldong.

📌 The Ospeldong usually starts on the first of September and some of them start in April and December.

📌 Also, the student has the right, after dropping out, to complete postgraduate studies in various fields such as:

WundManagement
Intensivpflege
Psychiatrie (kinder-, jugend- and gerontopsychiartie)

📌The graduate is also entitled to reach higher administrative positions such as:
Praxisanleiter
Pflegedienstleiter

Fachwirtgesundheits-und Sozialwesen
